Q: Why should I buy from Rundle Sport?

A: Rundle Sport was founded by an engineer, a patent lawyer, and a national ski coach who all knew that roller skis could be better. Even expensive composite and carbon roller skis aren't good at damping vibration, and these roller skis often carry poor warranties and don't feel like snow skis. TrueSki technology was created because our founders care about the comfort and success of Nordic athletes using roller skis. The care that drove us to reinvent the roller ski is the same care that drives us to give great customer service, great product support, and great value to our customers.

 

Q: How long will my order take to arrive?

A: Orders are typically shipped out within 2-3 business days. Within 24 hours of shipment you will receive an email with a tracking number for your order. Shipping to Western Canada usually takes 3-4 business days, shipping to Eastern Canada usually takes 5-6 business days, and shipping to the United States usually takes 8-15 business days.

 

Q: Are Rundle Sport products available in retail locations?

A: Rundle Sport products are primarily available through our online store. We are expanding our distribution to include several retail locations for 2017. Our current retailers are:

Highlands Nordic Pro Shop (Duntroon, Ontario, Location)

Lefebvre's Source for Adventure (North Bay, Ontario. Location)

Q: I would like to sell Rundle Sport products in my store, can I become a Rundle Sport dealer?

A: We are always interested in having more retailer across Canada and the USA. Please email patrick@rundlesport.com if you are interested in becoming a Rundle Sport dealer.

 

Q: Do you have any social media accounts?

A: Yes! We have a Facebook and Instagram account. Like or follow our accounts to see great pictures, roller skiing articles, videos, and promotions.

 

Q: Can I be sponsored by Rundle Sport?

A: We rely on athletes to test our products and guide our product development. Rundle Sport sponsors over a dozen athletes who help us develop our products and represent our brand. Sponsorship for the 2016/2017 season is currently closed. We will be accepting 2017/2018 resume in April 2017.

Q: Are there any independent reviews of your roller skis?

A: Yes! Jason Albert at Faster skier did a review of our FLEX roller skis that you can find here, and Mike Muha at Nordic Ski Racer did a review of our RS-10 (1st generation FLEX) roller skis that you can find here.

 

Q: Do you offer bulk pricing to teams and clubs?

A: Yes! If your team or club is interested in a bulk order please email patrick@rundlesport.com

 

Q: How fast are your skate wheels?

A: Our skate wheel speed is very similar to what is available from other brands. We consider our wheels to be medium-slow.

A: Our classic wheel speed is very similar to what is available from other brands. We consider our wheels to be medium-slow.
